How to contact support, etc [Archive]

Folks/SB People

I've tried to send an email to Bill Young, which I have done before, and it was returned saying that it was caught by SB's spam filter.

I forwarded the message to support to pass along to Bill, and it too was returned. I haven't called SB's help line, I just want to return an email to follow up with some 2D probing issues I was discussing with Bill.

Please advise on how to get through the spam filters. I am *NOT* Nigerian...

The easiest way is to call ShopBot and give us the exact email address you are using. After that address is added to the OK list, emails from that address should come through with no problem. Be sure to let us know if you change your email address or want to use a secondary address too.

You can also fill out the tech support request form at http://www.shopbottools.com/req_techsupport.htm requesting that your email address be added. Unfortunately, it looks as though spam filters are going to be part of internet life from now on.
