I USE PARTWIZARD AS MY SOFTWARE AND THE DEPTH PROGRAMED FOR TO ROUTE MATERIAL ;THE CONTROL SOFTWARE DOES NOT MATCH WHAT I PROGRAM FOR DEPTH ;IT GOES DEEPER THAN PROGRAMED.

Is this a new problem that just started without warning? Did you make changes to any either the Part Wizard or Shopbot software lately? I had the same problem and I had changed the zero setting from material top to table top. see if that setting is off, also if you use the Shopbot software to move the bit to a certain height that may tell you if the Shopbot software is working right. If you want to e-mail me a problem file I can run it here and see what I get.

Raymond, when you say "It goes deeper than programmed", do you mean that the z-value displayed on the screen is different to what you programmed, or that the measured cut in the material is deeper than programmed?

Yes it was going deeper in the material than programed and i had shopbot help, so it is fixed.
