Use the toolbars.

(I can put more effort into my replies if you do the same with your questions. At minimum, you will have to tell us what your Excel file looks like.)

A shopbot file (.sbp) is a classic Comma Separated Value (.csv) file. Excel fully imports/exports CSV files.
