Artcam and Widescreen

It's close to new computer time for the shop. I run Artcam Pro Ver 7 and will be on Ver 9 soon. Are there any issues with display proportions with widescreen monitors. I will be running Windows xp pro. Also wondering if there are any issues with Acad (2006)

Dave,
Just make sure you crank the screen resolution all the way up. I have mine set to 1680 X 1050 and have a 1/2 way decent video card. Anything less than full res makes the proportions on the screen distorted.

Thanks Brady-My old monitor is running 800 x 600. The new rig I'm looking at comes with a 128MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8300GS. That should be plenty of video card.
So your display is a 20". Are you comfortable with that size?
