There was some talk a while ago about a program that would convert .sbp files to Part Wizard (reverse engineering, if you will). I need to correct a slot size in the ShopBot Coffee Cabinet file that is undersized. Does anyone know if the conversion program ever came to fruition? Thanks, Pete

Don't know if this is exactly what you want, but in the shopbot control console, under "file" option [C]
(file conversions) will take a .sbp file and make it a .dxf

not sure what you would do with all the extra paths you might have because of depth. you also would have to use the machine along vector option when making your tool paths as they have already been offset.

Couldn't you take the file after conversion to dxf and then just delete all the other parts of the dxf leaving only the slots you need to modify? By doing that you eliminate possibly messing something up that is ok. This is just a guess on my part.

Thanks Paul and Jack - I will give that file conversion utility a try.
