cut3d with it raster only is not the cleanest cut on this part. I have to cut it course to make it cost effective and the 15" leaves ripples on the edge.
doing an offset cut would be better. here are the specs if someone can help. the 3d part is 40.5x15 .52
the material is 43.5x16" .52
the part centered in the material and zero'd on the usual left corner. a 3/4" ballnose bit only a finish cut at 6ips for all speeds. a full .52" cut depth. I have the outline this needs a outside tool path 1/4" bit 3,3 a small ramp and full cut depth.
thanks again for the help one of these days I will have to save up for aspire. but I doubt I could draw in 3d.
