My Company is running Archt.Destop 2004.
My problem is how to get the DFX.file to convert to a sbp.file without getting a error message.
Run-time error '13'
Type mismacth

Two things you can try:
- close Archt.Destop 2004 first (Programs like AutoCAD prevent other applications from further openings of an already open file)
- save your dxf in the lowest (oldest) format possible.

Gerald reminds us once again of something important to keep in the back of our minds... all .dxf files are not created equal. Autodesk created what's called the DXF Reference to create dxf files. There are binary dxf files and ASCII dxf files. Also, the dxf reference has been revised several times over the years so different programs don't alway know how to treat the dxf file when attempting to import/open it.
Saving it to "the lowest (oldest) format" is usually a good idea if you're having problems.
