Multiple Passes - Stepping?

No matter what I tell PW, I cannot get it to make multiple passes.

I have 3/4" stock. I input .4 for start depth and .75 for finish depth. When it calculates - I only get one path.

What am I missing?

When you select a tool the stepdown controls the number of passes. If your cutter is zeroed to the top of the material your start should be zero and your finish depth should be .75. If your cutter step down is .375 it will make two passes. If your step down is .2 it will make 4 equal passes of .188.
