Hello..New to Shopbot. I tried processing the linked DXF file in both Partworks and PArt Wizard. it is a set of nested flat spindles. I created the artwork in ACAD 2000 and saved it as a DXF. I cannot figure out the overlap error and have tried doing just one part vs, 3.. Any help to explain what I am doing wrong would help. I was using a 1/4 endmill. thanks Ed

From just a quick glance at it your vectors in the curves are not continuous, the ends overlap slightly.

first select all your vectors then you need to group and weld your vectors.

Jack..and to all who sent me an updated DXF THANKS! I will try this on Monday when I get back to the location where the Machine and computer is located. I assume the Group and Weld comands are in both software packages..I have access to both. I would "weld the ends/intersections" and then group each individual spindle..in this case three.. Right?
Thanks Again

once you weld your sections you can just group them all together unless they are being cut different depths.
