I can't seem to explode text in Autocad 2000. Does anyone have any experience doing this?
Thanks, Gregg

Have also tried it in AutoCad 2000, but no success. We use Vector & TurboCad for text outlines, but (almost) everything else is done in AutoCad 2000.
Words cannot express how I feel about the horror events in New York and Washington. Our condolences to all that have been affected

If you have Express Tools loaded with ACAD 2000 you can easily explode text from there. Express Tools are loaded optionally from the install disk in version 2000.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try to load express tools. Do you know offhand if you can explode truetype fonts or are you limited to autocad fonts.
Once again thanks for your input and time.

I just tried to explode 3 true type fonts that I selected at random. All three were able to be exploded. I would assume that all TT fonts would work as well.
