Importing Text from an EPS file

I have written some software that generates part profiles in EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) format. I import these files into PW, then apply my toolpaths. Now I would like to add text to the EPS files. Not necessarily for cutting, but for part identification while I am viewing the imported files.

Does anyone know how to import text into PartWizard from an EPS file? Is there any particular font that works? Does *any* font work?

IF PW cannot import text (using the findfont, etc. routines in EPS), can this be done with DXF files? Or, do I need to actually draw the text, each letter part as an individual vector?
