Snap to object question

In PW I can't get the snap function to work. I followed along in help, but it doesn't seem to snap to an object. I set up the snap grid to .375, but it will allow me to overlap parts and move parts off of the sheet. Am I missing something?

Check to see that you have "Snap to Grid" checked.

Of all the stupid places to bury this function, it's under "Bitmaps/Views/Snap Grid Settings"

"View" should be right after "Edit" on the main menu.
