Program fails to start...

Without warning, part wizard will not start. I get a popup window,

PartWizard.exe - Application Error
The applocation failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the application.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. It was working before I installed Corel X3, now it does not work. No idea why and it may be unrelated.

Vcarve works, Corel is OK, Photoshop is working, nothing else appears broken.

Perhaps a bad registry entry not being removed during the uninstall?

Is there an update to part wizard somewhere... I can download and try different install files than what I have?

?? With Corel X3 uninstalled, PW2 works... with X3 installed I get the start up error for PW. I've no idea why. I know other people must be using X3 and PW.

Anyone care to venture a guess?

Robert,
I don't use X3 but it may be a DLL sharing problem. PW or X3 may install an older dll, over writing the newer one.

Never got PW2 to work with X3 installed... I saw and downloaded PW3 and it installs and works without a problem so I've been using it.

Part Wizard 3? - Where did you get that please Robert, All I see on the ShopBot site is PW2. Thanks. Pete
