Artcam and topos

I have a project where I need to import topo lines from an autocad drawing and create an accurate 3D relief from these lines. '

Anybody got any tips on how to do this? The Autocad file has these topographic lines on a single layer. I'll need to blend from one topo line to the next and not have just a layer cake sort of look.

Pull in the 'slices' and use the 3D blend tool to blend between one layer to the next. Rinse & repeat...
