I have been trying to figure out why at times my parts are cut at the wrong position. Here is my theory, and it is just that.
For some reason PW will subtract the safe Z height from all three home positions shown on the toolpath cutting file. When it does this it will show an initial jog to Z of 0.000 in the cutting file.
Now what causes this and why it does it sometimes and not at others I don't know. It may be something I am doing, but I doubt it. I also notice that at times it will save the safe Z height and at other times it will not. Times when it saves the Z height seem to be when it has the problem.
