Art Cam toolpaths

Hi all,

I am wondering about the tool paths that ArtCam will post. We have both a Shopbot and a Thermwood and we would like to purchase ArtCam to meet some of our needs.

My question is will the ArtCam that Shopbot sells- Will it create a toolpath for Thermwood as well? or, does it only create Shopbot toolpaths?

The reason I ask is: Shopbot sells Artcam for $7500 and most other resellers sell it for $9500 - 10,000. Maybe Shopbot sells enough Artcam seats to give a discount? Maybe the training? Just curious....

Yes, With my Artcam Insignia package I can post Thermwood TC9100 and TCSuper. A different post processor should be easy to come up with if needed.
