Is it possible to save or export KCDW files (from a KCDW version that does not have the extra CNC add on) in a way that can be imported into Aspire?

I have Aspire, but not KCDW. My buddy has KCDW and he will need some cutting done from whatever way that KCDW saves the sheet layouts/cut files.

I don't know what type of file to tell him to send me (or if this is even possible). Any advice appreciated.

I believe your friend's KCD will only produce cutlists.
You can take the cutlists and manually use Aspire to produce your nesting and cut files.
It seems like a lot of effort,but will work.
