I am trying to cut out the profile of an object that I created. I choose profile as my toolpath, I choose all my options and click on calculate. It opens up the offsetting contours box then closes with no errors, but it doesn't cut anything when I try to cut it out.

Ken,
Did you open up the .sbp file and look at what is in there using Wordpad?

I did but I don't really know what I am looking at.

E-mail it to me and I'll see if I can figure it out.

Are you sure that you weren't in 'Preview' mode? Do all other files cut ok?
Let me know.

I wasn't in Preview Mode, but one thing I did notice is after it calculates the contours it doesn't put a line around the outside edge like it normally does in Part wizard.

Did you select the contour before you ran a toolpath? Seems like it's something simple...

It seems like it is always something simple. I will send the file to you see if you can figure it out.

Thanks for the Help it turns out the problem was with the ends of the file. The points on the design were to sharp for a router to cut them out so I just rounded the points and it is all set.
