The Canadian Plywood Association has it's plywood handbook on the internet in pdf format at http://www.canply.org/lit/handbook.pdf. Although much of the information is about using their brands of plywood in construction, there's lots of good information and tips on things like storing plywood, selecting and using fasteners, and sanding and finishing.
