LAST-A-FOAM for signs, spoilboards, and prototypes?

Anyone tried LAST-A-FOAM in the various weights available?

Found a good cheap source?

Figured out which material in the selection gives the best results?

Cutting tool selection?

Other similar / more economical replacement foams?

The more rigid version that might be a good moisture resistant spoilboard buildup, and is good for high quality prototypes for metal projects is trade named Red Board. Two other manufacturers of this prototype or sign machining foam are:

Epoxical: Have not yet found a website for this company.

I tried to find one with no luck, but this was about two years ago. VERY nice products, and worth tracking down...
