View Full Version : Making inside corners more square with a round bit

A recent thread about a corner problem remind me that I program similar notches to clean out inside corners. By making a tool path that goes into the corner on a 45 degree angle will produce two notches that are only .018 deep with 1/8 bit. The notch give the excess glue a place to leave the joint. While this is not a prefect box joint, this can be good enough for some projects. Also it possible to drill out inside corners. I run the drilling program first and the routing program second. Mark
