Hi,

1. I just purchased 4'x8' 1/2 black HDPE plastic sheets. I need to cut these down to 2'x4' sections and some into 2" long strips. I was planning on using a DeWalt circular saw with a 7 1/4" Dewalt blade that says it's for Plywood, Plastic, Laminates. It has lots of very small teeth on it. Sound good?

2. I also need to cut out 3" circles in the 1/2" HDPE. Can I use a Roto Zip tool with an add on I saw that does circles, or is there a better way to do this?

3. My big question is how to route the HDPE edges so they have a nice smooth straight edges after I cut it to the correct size. I would also like to round the corners off, but need some type of guide I guess so it does not look like a messy freehand cut. Any type of router I should buy? Router bits for 1/2" HDPE, guide to make perfect circles, ovals and rounded corners, etc.? Brand names and web site addresses that sell these items would be great.

Thanks for your help,
Steve
