I mistakenly posted this same question under the "Material Hold Downs" section...

Anyone have experience cutting stacks of material, say 4 pieces 3/16 thick (total of 3/4") in one pass? If it works good, I'd save tons of time cutting an order for 3000 pieces out of Baltic Birch. Which style of bit? Spiral upcut or downcut?

I have room to place screws to hold the stack together, and to the table top.

I have cut stacks of 3/16" 4 x 8" mdf worked great. But I have also cut Baltic Birch 3/4" before had a tough time the resine in the pywood was tough stuff. I used 1/4" up cut.
