Multiple pockets

I need to cut 10 pocket holes. The problem is each is a different depth. I laid it out in part works. I tried in preview and only 1 pocket was cut. Do I have to save and run each pocket separately?
Part Wizard allowed multiple tool paths. What am I missing?

Are they cut with the same tool or different tools?I'm pretty sure you can save multiple toolpaths as long as they are all the same tool.
if different tools they have to be saved seperately.

Each different depth will require a separate toolpath. Assuming they will all be cut with the same tool, they can all be saved, in the order you select, to the same parts file.

Once the pockets are toolpathed, you can select a single or all to preview.
