Is it possible to safely, without losing accuracy, stack three shaper cutters (small dia, about 3")onto a shaft that is inserted into a spindle? These would be the 3 cutters needed to make 5 peice raised panel doors. By making a jig that would hold each of the 5 peices and making one cut file to machine them all, the bot could be machining the peices while I assemble the last peices and cut the peiced for the next door. Stacking the heads would eliminate the need for cutter changes. A spindle can run at a speed acceptable for the shaper cutters. No need for a auto-changer. What do you think? Thanks in advance for your input.

While there are very large spindles out there that handle some very large tooling If someone chucked that stuff into a 5hp spindle on a Shopbot I don't think I'd want to be in the shop when it fired up.

True. In fact one reason I want to use a bot is because I want to get away from the larger cutters I have (5-7") and get to something that will be safer. So, how about this: Two spindles, one with the panel cutter, and one with a router bit that has both style and rail cuts. Can both spindles be used in the same cut file?
Thanks.
