I know this doesn't belong here but I was wondering if anyone knew how to create a tool path in Rhino.

either rhinocam or madcam will create a toolpath directly in rhino

It can get involved but yes, you can create a tool path in RHINO or any other CAD program.

One of the more interesting things is one can use helical and spiral tool paths and keep the bit continually loaded at times. Some of these tool paths cannot be created in any automated program I am familiar with.

The 'project curve to surface' and intersection functions are handy for tool path creation.
