Why does a 5hp Colombo Spindle for a ShopBot cost $4000.00, while others like Techno LC & ShopSabre list it as a $10,000 option? Are they the same thing? Why the difference?

Does the $10,000 option have a tool changer?

The ShopSabre has a tool changer w/ the spindle, I have to check the Techno.
