For all those using or interested in the probe. You may need to save the data to a 3d dxf mesh
file. This will allow editing in modelling programs.
Quick Grid........http://www.interchg.ubc.ca/coulthrd/
This program imports x,y,z data. Allows scaling of the z depth.
And it can export to 3d mesh. Some preferences need to be tweaked.
No problem. Export file has to renamed from .3df to .dxf. No problem.
It also has easy viewing, including 3d.
Probe should create files as follows.
Just edit the probe routine by removing the M3,
x.xxx, x.xxx, x.xxx
x.xxx, x.xxx, x.xxx
x.xxx, x.xxx, x.xxx
x.xxx, x.xxx, x.xxx
x.xxx, x.xxx, x.xxx
x.xxx, x.xxx, x.xxx
Get my drift. Decimal placement is not critical.
Here's the real SHOCKER.............price...$37.50
They have a file size limited demo. Download it and try it.
