This is some thing I worked on over the weekend, a new 4" dust foot, it will not win a contest for the best looking but I think it will work just fine!The forum will not let me post some pics of it.

well this looks like a real nice design how well does it work for you?

is it always at the bottom it looks like it does not move up and down?

what vacuum do ou have hooked up to it?

Bud, Great design on the dust skirt! Looks like you are running a PRT also. I am about to re think our skirt and may copy yours, but the one I made now has a plexiglass window where the bit goes through so I can see what is going on. And I will probably do that also on the new one.

Looks good Bud. Did you see a significant improvement on MDF dust after going from 2" input to 4" pipe?

It's called a conveyor strip brush.

Try searching for Frost King #C35P manufactured by Thermwell. It looks just like the one in the photo above....

Its a brush type door sweep, and it used to be sold at Home Depot (maybe it still is).

If you search here, use the key phrase "brush door sweep", you will find several discussions.
