Here is a small easy to make accessory you may want to add to your ShopBot toolbox. After bending over and standing on my head to grease the rails on our machine with brushes, spray cans and sticks, I decided to try and find a better way.

Here is a few pictures of an acrylic block that is drilled and tapped for 1/8 pipe in the side to accept a small grease gun. There is also a 3/16" hole bored from one end to the tapped hole to allow grease to pass. The end has two 45 degree angle cuts on it to allow it to "hook" against the rack gear and to allow the grease hole to be near the center of the rack. Once you get used to how fast to move versus how fast you pump, it works pretty well.
Dimensions are approx. 3/4 by 2 by 3.

Nice accessory, Gary. I've often thought about making something that would JUST grease the rack...but it looks like ya beat me to it! Great work as always...
