OK...i've been routing HDU...for both backround and artwork for exterior signs...
I have a project where I have to make an interior sign and I want to use diamond plated foam board from texture plus.
My question.... Because of the raised surface of the diamond plate...Do I want to.
A. Use a material that doesn't require paint for the logo, machine a pocket 1/4" deep in the substrate and glue it in..
B. Use HDU, rout, paint and glue the same way as stated about with routing a pocket in the substrate.
C. Use A or B and just glue to the surface of the substrate without routing a pocket.
Thanks in advance
