I just ordered the new ASPIRE software.
Can someone tell me where to get the 1/8" ball end bits?
I'm trying to find a web site that is EASY to use!
You know. . .price. . .pictures. . . information. . . .simple order form.
I need 1/4" shank with 1/8" ball end.....right?
Any other suggestions. I'm doing woodgrain and textured backgrounds in HDU, etc.
Do I need extra long bits?
Thanks everybody

Try this, they are great bits, solid carbide and last a long time.

Try www.centuriontools.com (http://www.centuriontools.com) they are GREAT tools that stand up well over time and stay sharp.

It depends on how deep your carving is.

Here is an example of what happens when the bit isn't long enough and the collet crashes into the adjacent material: Link on the Vectric Forum (http://www.vectric.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1573&p=9783&hilit=collet#p9783 )
