We've finally finished a big 3D routed sign. Rather than carve the whole thing out of one piece of signfoam, we cut all the individual pieces seperately and pocketed them together. All in all, I'm happy with the way it turned out, with the exception of the way the elk looks. I wanted something more realistic done but was overruled by people who wanted something closer to the actual logo. Oh well, clients are always (never) right.
