This one turned out pretty neat in the end. The backer is 19mm PVC with a brushed aluminum face and the text is 12mm PVC painted with one shot. Most of the cuts were made with a .25" single flute upcut spiral.
Pilot holes were drilled into the backer with a 3/16" bit and also through the panels at the bottom of the sign.

The panels at the bottom showing the different logos are also PVC with a brushed aluminum face. The logos were printed on clear vinyl and applied to face of the panels.

The small orange text was done with a paint mask. I had thought about vgrooving it into the aluminum but figured I wouldn't get as clean of a look as I would with the paint mask.

There were actually two versions of this sign. As you can see in the picture below, we also made a version with clear acrylic panels for the company logos at the bottom of the sign.
