Cutting Corplast

Has anyone been able to cut corplast and attain clean edges doing so? I tried cutting out Golf Tee blanks and had to spend too much time cleaning the edges. I need to know what type of bit to use and well as feed rate and spindle speed. If anyone has any input, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's polypro, crappy to cut. Try freezing it! (if small pieces I guess). Let me know if it works.
