I have to router several outdoor signs using Home Depot composite decking material. I’ve read several posts commenting on this material but they were devoid of tooling specifics. I am cutting 1.5” letters less than ¼” deep using a PC. What Onsrud bit is best to use? Feed/Speed? I’m guessing an Onsrud double spiral-O 52-624 1/4" but again I have no experience cutting this decking material.

It cuts like butter. A down spiral may work better to keep the fuzz on the edges down. Not sure on feed and speed but it is real soft stuff and cuts real clean.

Any specific suggestions.
