I am trying to do in artcam iso-form letters for a sign guy that hand carves his letters like serif letters? he said it is close.but not what he whats ,any help would be great!

I too come from a background of hand carveing and lettering. Once you see the difference there's no going back. You can do it.
Perhaps you should send me the file so I can identify what your customer is after

He may want a convex letter face in which you would use a v-carve tool. ArtCam will do a great job of carving the letters, but they will not have the same look as hand carved, because the narrow strokes will intersect the wider strokes lower than how we used to carve them
Maybe that's what he's looking for.
Joe should be able to help you....even though he old and groucy.
