The two passes (one climb and the other conventional) works great with large parts . I get the correct size and nice clean edges . With small or narrow parts I have to leave a skin at the moment and it appears I am forced to a single pass on those . There is a Tab feature that isn't working yet I beleive but my question is - Has anyone found a way to force the two passes in opposite directions on smaller parts and leave a skin or tab . When I leave a skin on these parts now I only get one pass and the edges are not great and the size is off slightly due to the fabled bit deflection (or machine deflection really) . This forces me to clean these parts up on the saw afterwards which I would rather avoid .
Thanks Bill
