Tim, what material did you use for the background and border?

The letters are glued right on the wallboard with hypur franklin hot melt polyurathane. I was doubtful at first but when I put force upward to try and move a letter a little it would not budge. The logo is 20"x20" and it has 2 dowels it hangs on along with being glued. I made a template from 1/4" luann for alignment. The border is MDF. All the MDF is sealed with lacquer sanding sealer, sanded and primed with Bin.
