Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me with this, we currently have started using a company to curve our dibond sheets to create curved signage, trouble is the corners. At the moment we arent using any corners but would like to get around this, is there any mathematical formula that could be put into a router to cut the corner into an arc so that when the sheets are sent for bending say with a 150mm rise in the centre, the corner arc would form a perfect mitre. last but not least, am i using the wrong material!!! as this dibond is damn strong when curved, but i want to provide a cheap option rather than paying for drapeformed acrylic or vacuum moulded stuff
