Bonding HDU to PVC

We want to bond HDU to PVC.

Anybody had experience with this? What glue type should we be using specifically (if you know). I was just reading about someone using 3m double sided tape (3m 9088).

Also, any other advice that you could give for this would be really appreciated. Thank you.

We use e-6000. It allows for the expansion of the PVC. GE Silicond 1 is my second best choice.
