Until now, I've been using smaller V cutters (dia 1/2 inch and under) to cut small signs in MDF. Now I'm getting bigger signs, with bigger letters. I purchased a 120 degree cutter from Amana,dia over 2 inches, etc (RC-1104) and will be cutting 3/4 MDF. Does anyone have recomendations on spindle speeds, feeds, etc. For cutting letters? I'll be going max 1/2 inch deep during the carving (approx) Thanks!!!
