I have a customer who brought me this product signabond http://www.signamag.com/signabond.html I was hoping for some help on what cutter I should use and at what speed. I have a prt alpha with PC router.

Sure sounds like Dibond or Alucobond. This link may help you. The material cuts like butter with my PRT. Alucobond manual (http://www.alucobondusa.com/docs/aluco_man.pdf)

Yes it seems to be the same. I have to cut a name and a logo thourgh it. I think I will need to use a 1/8" bit to get the detail he wants. The total thinkness of the signabond is about 3/16". What type of bit would you use and at what speed would cut at. I looked at the Alucobond manual and does to say to much on routing other than for bending using a 90 V-bit. Does the aluminum peel up when cutting.

Cut this stuff all the time. I use a standard two flute spiral at 3.95mm

Feed rates are around 1700mm p/m for me. Find it cuts really well. I set the pierce rate for the Z axis quite low at around 200mm.
