recently i saw a site either here or on vectric that sold not only foam but cedar blanks for cnc carving, any suggestions

They usually distribute through sign supply houses, and their cedar blanks are perfect!No knots, warped boards, or cosmetic flaws.
They even make great cutting boards if you hog out a recess and drop in a piece of HDPE, or UHMW.....
