Has anyone else been getting phonecalls from a deaf person/people (by way of the operator assisted phonecall service) wanting quotes for 80 30" x 60" banners?
Today I've received three in addition to one a few weeks ago. Once I ask for contact information moreso than an anonymous email address the cease contact. Their focus is to get the email address to continue contact.
