Hey guys, I'm trying to build a sign on a budget for a customer. It 4'x2', so I was planning on using PVC Board for certian parts and then painting the PVC. Will this stand the weather and sunshine? Thanks

It depends on the thickness of the PVC, the color, and what part of the country you live in.
Here in Texas it has a tendency to warp badly, especially darker colors...even the thicker stuff.
I would suggest you use no less than 1/2" and then only a light color. Depending on how you install it, I would suggest that you make the mounting holes larger than the screws to allow for some expansion and contraction.
