I have been sculpting some letters and even with a sharp bit they are not always perfect. They need a little sanding in the corners and in textured areas to get rid of a few random milling marks. I have been making test parts of MDF and some will make it to Maple and walnut. I just ordered a 6 inch sanding mop for the broad rounded areas. Does anyone have a recommendation for a Dremel or similar tool for the little bits in the corners. I have been doing them by hand, they turn out great, but I know my arthritis is going to get me if i spend too many hours at it.
It is funny, I get better at spraying, then the imperfections that were hidden by the previous poor paint jobs show up.
Thanks
Bob
