My first stab at a company sign

This is nothing like Joe's work, but a lot of people commented how much they liked it last weekend at a show I had a booth at. It is made from alder and painted using One Shot paints and semi-gloss oil/urethane clear coat.

Several show goers are now interested in having me make signs for them. Go figure, considering I'm a furniture/cabinet maker....

Good for you. I like your sign and think it's excellent for the first time out. And thanks for the complement.

One suggestion. I don't think it's realistic to compare yourself to the commercial fellows who do it all the time. You have everthing it takes so keep going. No one has a corner on this market. There's good money in doing what your up to. Keep it up.
