A sign company wants me to do 17 signs for them. Just simple apartment complex address signs and they gave me a scrap of 1" extira and 2" signfoam
and i need some simple advice like feeds, speeds and best bits to use?
All i am going to go is area clear the letters and the outside frame so that the letters and numbers stick up 1/4". But since i had not cut this material before i wanted to make sure if there was specific bits I should use. I planned on a straight 1/4" endmill. Would a spiral be better? Should the cutting be slower or faster?
