Price Check Please

I V-carve signs for other shops around here.
This is a typical 3'x6' double sided sign.
Customers material (1" thick PVC)
It has a typical sculpted top shape profile to it with a 1/4' V carved inset borded.
It will most likely route in 30 to 40 minutes each side.
Simple.
I'm thinking $175 total.
I charge $25 to set it up.
$150 to cut. How does this sound to you guys?

That's only $8 per sqft for one side - sounds way too cheap to me if your carving the text and all. If just doing cutout and the inset border it might be reasonable.

As long as your design time is no more than 30 minutes, it sounds fair to me. $85 per hour is not bad.

There is no design time, the sign shops just send me a file to cut.
This is what I charge $25 for.
I can get a file after 1 or 2 phone calls and set it up within 20 minutes total.
By the time a local shop sends the material over, it"s ready to cut.
Sometimes I do it while they wait.
